Sunflower Senior Care is a six-bed ranch home providing assisted living, memory care and hospice care in Rochester Hills, Michigan. We are licensed under the rules of Adult Foster Care in Oakland County and are located 2.6 miles from Crittenton Hospital Medical Center. Family members are always welcome to visit their loved ones during their stay at Sunflower Senior Care.

Our Sunflower Senior Care team meets the assisted living and memory care training requirements and are gentle in nature. Our care team:

Belong to the Michigan Assisted Living Association (MALA)
Adhere to the assessment plan and personalized care agreement established during your loved one’s orientation at Sunflower Senior Care
